The 29 contemporary rooms and apartments for 1-4 individuals which the hotel has have been fully renovated at the year 2003. The rooms have kitchen facilities, air-condition, TV, telephone, shower and balconies with the lovely view of the sea.

Our recently renovated rooms provide TV, SAT TV, Wifi Internet Access free for our guests, A/C, fully organized Kitchen facilities in some of the rooms, office (some of the rooms), balcony with sea view (70% of the rooms), refrigerator and telephone.

Wifi internet access, Sat TV with several channels of various countries, 24 hours room service, friendly provided info for the area and maps, every day house keeping.

In Perea there are many restaurants, bars, cafes and nightclubs offering to the visitors a unique way to entertain themselves. Moreover, one can try unique tastes of fish and local specialties at the scenic taverns having a clear view of Thessaloniki. Nightlife is tense since dozens of nightclub and bars are full of people.

Perea is the cosmopolitan region of Thermaikos gulf of Thessaloniki. It is located 15 Km from Thessaloniki and 5 Km from the Macedonia Airport. Most of the trade centers that have been operating since a few years are approximately 5 Km from Perea, like Jumbo, Ikea, Village Center, Cosmos, Factory Outlet, Mega Outlet, Carrefour and Apollonian Center. Also there are many places for children and adults to entertain themselves like Magic Park, Waterland and the Planetarium Noesis.

| DIRECTION INFORMATION |
From Macedonia Airport: at the main Airport traffic lights turn right on to the Thessaloniki-Michaniona National Road, heading towards Michaniona. After the sign for Perea, at the first traffic light you see (Goodys fast food) turn right and go straight to the end of the road where you will find the hotel on your left.
From other point: when you reach Thessaloniki you take the direction that leads to the Macedonia airport, either you come from the ring road either you come from the town. When you reach airport you bypass the road that leads to that and you follow the signs to Mihaniona town. Then the first town you reach is Perea. When you reach Perea you turn right to the first traffic lights that you see (there is a fast food place called Goody`s at the corner) and you go straight towards the sea. In the end of the road you will see the hotel.
From Chalkidiki: you turn right following the sings that leads to Macedonia Airport. When you reach airport you bypass the road that leads to that and you follow the signs to Mihaniona. Then the first town you see is Perea. When you reach Perea you turn right to the first trafic ligts that you see (there is a fast food place called Goody`s at the corner) and you go straight to the sea. In the end of the road you will see the hotel. |
