The Esplanade hotel - apartments has a reception with safe deposit-box (no charge), lounge with table-games and coffee-bar with TV, telephone, fax & internet access is available to our clients.
Outdoor there is the swimming-pool for adults and children with sun-beds, umbrellas and outdoor shower and many trees, flowers, green and parking.

| ROOM FACILITIES |
The hotel consists of 13 large and comfortable family apartments fully equipped. There are 3-type of apartments. Two of the apartments have 3 bedrooms with an AC in each one of them, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies (2 of them seaview and 1 of them mountain view) and a very large kitchen. Each one of these apartments is about 100m2. These type of apartments are suitable for families 4-6 people. It is perfectly recommended for a large family.
The other 5 apartments have 1 bedroom for two with 1 air-condition and 1 kitchen or living room with 2 beds in it. Each one of these apartments is 40m2. These type of apartments are suitable for 3 adults or it is suitable for a family with 2 small children.
The rest of the 6 apartments are type "studios", one large room with 2 beds suitable for couples or 2-3 ps. Each one of them is about 35m2.
All the 13 family apartments have air-condition, central heating, TV (satellite), electric kitchenette with a refrigerator and cooking facilities, telephone with direct outside line, private bathroom with baths and balconies with seaview or garden view.

During the last 20 years the village of Kalathas in Chania has developed into a summer resort. The beach of Kalathas is among the best sandy beaches in Chania - Crete. It is very close to Esplanade apartments. Very close to Kalathas village there are also, Tersanas beach, St. Onoufrios beach and Stavros beach very famous from Zorba the Greek. 'Kalathas' beach and most of the other beaches around the province of Chania win every year the European " Blue Flags ".
